Quarantine Messages
If your Scora administrator
has enabled individual user email reports, you should receive
reports indicating which messages have been quarantined for
your account. On the report, you will see a "view" and
a "release" link for each quarantined message.
If you wish to release the
message so it is delivered to you, click the relative "release" button.
If you wish to view the quarantined message first, click
on the relative "view" link. Once it's on your
screen you can read the message. You can leave the message
in quarantine by simply closing the window or you can choose
to release the message by clicking "Release for delivery".
You can also choose to permanently delete the message by
choosing "Delete from quarantine".
If there are any matter that
your organization's authorized Scora administrator is unable
to resolve or needs to be escalated, please have them contact
Tiki Technologies support directly.
