Occasionally
there is a chance that the Scora will incorrectly flag
legitimate email as spam. To prevent this from reoccurring,
we recommend following the Whitelist instructions
as a useful tool to handle the cases where you need
to make sure certain email senders will be allowed
pass the Scora filters. In certain situations,
you may find it preferable to adjust the Scora filters
instead. This guide will explain how. (Please contact your
organization's authorized Scora administrator for any
issues or questions you may have regarding the Scora
service.)

The first step is to log into the Scora interface
to gain access to your Whitelist options. You can remotely
access this page from an Internet connection using a web
browser.
1.Go to this web page to
access the Scora User
login screen: https://secure.tikitechnologies.com/user/login.html
2.Enter your full email address in the "Login Name" field (e.g.
someuser@example.com)
3.If this is the first time you're accessing this whitelist, leave the
password blank. If you've logged in previously, enter your currently assigned
password.
NOTE: Initial logins will accept any password including blank ones. You
will be prompted to assign a password after the initial login.
4.Click "login".
If this is your first time
logging in, proceed to step 5 in
this section. If you have already established a password,
proceed to the Managing Filters section
of this guide.
5.You
will be prompted to set your initial password which you
will use in future logins. Type in your new password into
the "Enter Password" field.
6.Retype this password into the "Confirm Password" and click "change
password".
7.Please proceed to the Managing Filters section
of this guide.
Managing
Filters
1.Click on the "Manage Filtering" menu link.
2.View/Adjust the sensitivity (chance of error) of your filters for various
types of unwanted email: Spam, Explicit, Virus. The sensitivity levels
range from "very cautious" to "very aggressive". Click
on the level you want for each respective category (Spam/Explicit/Virus
email filtering strength).
NOTE: Click on "System defaults" to revert back to the recommended
default settings if necessary.
3.If you have no additional edits to make, please proceed to the logout instructions
at the bottom of this guide.
Logout
To protect your account from unauthorized changes, we strongly recommend
that you logout after you are done using the Scora user interface. If
you leave your session open and idle for more than 20 minutes, you will
automatically be logged out from the interface and will have to login
again to make any modifications.
1.Click the "Logout" link
at the top right.
2.You will be returned to the Login screen.
