End User - Interpreting
Reports
Your Scora report includes
a summary of how messages are being handled. The summary
is listed under the "Disposition Summary" section.
Here you will see a tally of how many messages matched a
particular disposition (e.g. Normal, FlagSubject, Quarantine,
Delete).
NOTE: Reports will always be empty if you log in as an alias as opposed to
an actual email account. Please log in as the destination email account of
an alias if you wish to see reports.
Below the summary you will
see the detailed report which provides more information about
the particular messages that are being filtered (not delivered
to your inbox) by Scora. There are 2 categories of non-delivered
mail: Quarantine, Deleted
1.Quarantined mail is stored
by Scora should you need to recover a legitimate message
that got identified as spam. Report the quarantined ID to
your Scora administrator to retrieve messages from quarantine.
2.Deleted messages are permanently
removed and are not recoverable and no bounce is generated.
