Please contact your organizations'
authorized Scora administrator for any issues or questions
you may have regarding the Scora filtering service. They
should be able to assist you with the most common types of
issues such as retrieving quarantined messages or understanding
how to interpret your Scora report.
If there are any matter that
your organization's authorized Scora administrator is unable
to resolve or needs to be escalated, please have them contact
Tiki Technologies support directly.
