End User - Generate
Reports
Here you can create real-time
reports which shows not just how many but which specific
emails were quarantined or deleted for your address. This
report can be viewed online or emailed to you, so you can
check for false positives and access any quarantined mail
via the quick-click interface.
The report includes information such as timestamps, senders,
subjects and spam probability scores. For more information
on how to interpret a report, please review the Interpreting
Reports guide. If
you notice from the report that some legitimate senders are
being incorrectly marked as spam or quarantined, consider
adding them to your Whitelist.
NOTE: Reports will always be empty if you log in as an alias as opposed to
an actual email account. Please log in as the destination email account of
an alias if you wish to see reports.
