Honolulu, Hawaii - Tiki Technologies' "Scora" anti-spam, anti-virus service sold to local systems integrator PDC Systems for an undisclosed sum.

PDC Systems plans ongoing software development and support of this locally developed product.

Honolulu Hawaii - Local software development startup company Tiki Technologies and regional network consulting firm PDC Systems announced today that PDC Systems has acquired the operations of the Scora anti-spam, anti-virus service for an undisclosed sum.

PDC Systems President & CEO Shakil Ahmed said: "As the largest reseller of Scora over the last year and a half, we are impressed by both the performance and the future potential of Scora. This step is strategic for us in order to move closer to our goal of being a one-stop-techshop for our clients. We plan ongoing development of the product both through our own resources and continued work with the original development team of Scora. In fact, Scora version 1.4 is slated to be released 10/15/05."

President Yuka Nagashima added: "With this deal, LavaNet (the owner of
Tiki Technologies and with whom Tiki Technologies shares overlapping
staff) is now able to rededicate technical resources toward key projects
to advance the great quality of service LavaNet is known for. We will
sell and recommend Scora as we continue building an even-stronger
LavaNet."

PDC Systems provides technology integration services to clients in the
private sector, education and government. President and CEO Shakil Ahmed
is a past recipient of the Ernst and Young "Entrepreneur of the Year"
award for Technology.

Tiki Technologies is a Hawaii-based software development company
specializing in solutions that enhance the productivity of Internet use.

Scora has been on the market since April 2004.

LavaNet is among Hawaii's largest independent ISPs, and past winner of
the PBN "Best in Business" Award.
